Return Policy

At James & Anna London, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, there may be occasions when you need to return a product. This document outlines our return policy clearly.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only initiate a return after physically receiving the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Fitting the item is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted.

  • Returning items ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Register your return by contacting us at info@jamesandannalondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You are responsible for shipping the item back at your own cost, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

  4. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return is properly processed.

Refunds
Upon receiving the item at the return address and approving the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for the error.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
